I discovered the healing aspects of yoga back in 2012, during a very low point in my life. There have been ebbs and flows in my practice since then, but the anchor of yoga has never left my core.
What started as a physical practice quickly manifested into a mental one, as it so often happens for us. I learned things about myself, I mastered fear, and I stoked the flame of self discipline.
Today, I want to help you achieve the same sense of freedom that yoga has created in myself. We have a gift that often times will stay dormant within ourselves. But we don't need to uncover it alone. I'm here to help!
